Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the OpsBots platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

OpsBots provides a SaaS platform that allows businesses to configure, deploy, and manage AI execution systems ("AI Units") powered by the Doryoku Engine™. The Service includes the dashboard, AI Unit configuration, embeddable chat widget, Pain Intelligence tools, and associated APIs.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@opsbots.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account may manage one business. Enterprise customers may contact us for multi-account arrangements.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use OpsBots to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service without our written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed at opsbots.com/pricing. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The free trial period is 14 days. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. We may require a payment method to activate a trial at our discretion.

Refunds are available within 7 days of your first paid charge. After that period, all charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date. We do not pro-rate partial months.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service — including your knowledge base, system prompts, and Pain Intelligence data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Units complies with applicable laws, including consumer protection and data privacy laws in your jurisdiction. You must inform your end users that they are interacting with an AI system.

8. AI outputs

AI-generated outputs from OpsBots AI Units and Pain Intelligence are provided as-is. They are based on the content you configure and the data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them.

9. Intellectual property

OpsBots, the Doryoku Engine™, and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The embeddable widget and API are licensed to you for use with the Service only.

10. Availability and uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, infrastructure failures, or events outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsBots is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that AI outputs will be accurate.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpsBots is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
